Working from home works great for me, I get to allocate the energy where I want instead of spending it on a commute.

I’ve been with SciLeads for five years now and was one of their first employees! I started as a graduate on the operations side and then moved over to sales. Over the years I’ve progressed and I now manage the inside sales team of 16 people… and counting! Even though we’re remote working, you still get to know the people that you’re working with. It still feels like a really close-knit sort of community.
I like the flexible working hours because it means you can go walk at your lunchtime, you get your exercise in, and you go to the gym whenever you want. I love the culture of the company.
