I've progressed my skill set working at SciLeads because it's really given me an opportunity to be part of the software process from the very beginning to the very end. I'm involved in the specification side of things, doing the actual software development and the releasing schedule. The remote working for me is great, it offers a really flexible day for me so I can start when I need to. I've got three great big dogs so it's good to be at home with those guys!
Valued, collaborative, exciting
I joined as an SDR two years ago and have recently been promoted to Sales Manager. I've always felt like a valued member of the team and like my opinion really matters. The team really helps bring each other up and we're constantly supporting each other and celebrating both individual and team successes, really embodying our value that we grow together. Having the WFH allowance is a great bonus and private healthcare also gives me peace of mind. Also, the extra birthday day off means you can celebrate 'the most important day of the year'!
Growth, teamwork, trust
The operations team is continuing to grow and it's really exciting to see the progress of my teammates and our achievements. We bond by enjoying games together online, for example, at the end of each day we have a little game called 'Shot In the Dark' – we just ask random questions and we have to come up with answers and it creates a debate and jokes. Working from home works great for me, I get to allocate the energy where I want instead of spending it on a commute.
Motivating, dynamic, inclusive
I've been with SciLeads for five years now and was one of their first employees! I started as a graduate on the operations side and then moved over to sales. Over the years I've progressed and I now manage the inside sales team of 16 people… and counting! Even though we're remote working, you still get to know the people that you're working with. It still feels like a really close-knit sort of community. I like the flexible working hours because it means you can go walk at your lunchtime, you get your exercise in, and you go to the gym whenever you want. I love the culture of the company.

My role involves tackling daily challenges, trying to come up with the best course of action for each of them, while discussing with the team to ensure that we can deliver everything our customers hope for and a bit more. It is rewarding work.

My favourite thing about working with the team here at SciLeads is the vast range of customers that we work with and deal with across the world. So one day you could be working in the morning time with colleagues across Asia later that day, working with colleagues throughout the United States. It's a great place to work, especially at the moment, the company's gone through massive growth over the past couple of years.
