SciLeads attributes its continued growth to product expansion.
In the 2024 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards, an accolade listing the top 50 fastest-growing technology companies in Ireland, SciLeads ranked at number 26. Rankings are based on average percentage revenue growth over four years.
SciLeads is a lead generation and market intelligence platform for scientific sales and marketing professionals. SciLeads maps the world’s research and biotechnology output, enabling them to locate their ideal customers rapidly.
SciLeads’ VP of Sales and Marketing, Laura Haldane, credits this year’s ranking to the continued innovation and growth of SciLeads’ core offerings. She commented on this year’s success, saying: “It’s truly fantastic to return to the awards in Dublin for the fourth consecutive year. When we started the company in 2016, we focused solely on academic data, which was a great success. However, the launch of our BioPharma product two years ago has been a game-changer. By consistently expanding our data sources and enhancing our software platform, we’ve been able to maintain an incredible growth trajectory, deliver even greater value to our clients, and recruit several more staff in Northern Ireland and Canada.”

The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards is one of Ireland’s foremost technology award programmes. It is a ranking of the country’s 50 fastest-growing technology companies based on revenue growth over a four-year period, and this year marks 25 years of the programme celebrating innovation and entrepreneurship in Ireland’s indigenous technology sector.
Including SciLeads, there were nine Northern Irish companies who made it onto this year’s Fast 50 list: Fibrus, Catagen, Syndeo, Halo, Locate a Locum, Barclay Digital, PlotBox, and Totalmobile.
Cumulatively, the 2024 Fast 50 winners generated €1.4 billion in total annual revenues and now employ over 6,200 people. The average revenue of companies featured in the ranking was approximately €28 million, while the average growth rate of the companies over the last four years was 572%. The awards programme also saw 11 new entrants appearing on the ranking for the first time. The companies ranked identified finding, hiring and retaining top talent and international expansion as two of the biggest challenges they face trying to grow their company.
