What does a typical day look like as an Account Manager at SciLeads?
No two days look exactly the same, but that’s part of what keeps it interesting. A lot of my time goes into connecting with customers—helping them get the most value from the platform, answering questions, and collaborating with teammates. It’s a mix of customer conversations, problem-solving, and teamwork, which keeps me on my toes.

I’d say come in with curiosity and an open mind. Things move quickly here, and being willing to learn, adapt, and ask questions makes a huge difference.
What’s the best part about working with SciLeads customers?
The best part is getting to work with such a wide variety of companies and people in the life sciences and Tech space. Every customer has their own goals and challenges, so there’s always something new to learn—it keeps the role interesting and rewarding.
What do you think makes someone successful in an Account Manager role at SciLeads?
I think success comes down to a mix of adaptability, persistence, and empathy. The role touches so many different customers and situations, so being able to adjust quickly, stay proactive, and really listen to what customers need goes a long way.
